Protape was established in 1989 to supply Londons many recording studios with analogue open-reel audio tape. Over the years, our list of formats has steadily grown to include video and data recording media and our delivery area has also grown to include the whole of the UK and beyond. We always ensure that we keep up with emerging as well as evolving technologies and this has resulted in Protape being able to offer one of the most comprehensive stock lists in the UK.

Thanks to our professional approach and our commitment to service, we have a large network of loyal clients from many different areas of expertise including broadcasting, production, post production, sound recording, IT, photography, health services and education.
