Return Policy

  • All incorrect deliveries MUST be reported within 48hours. Protape cannot accept responsibility for errors reported after this time. All errors will be rectified as soon as possible.

  • Protape at it’s discretion will take back unwanted stock within 14days of the order. A 5% surcharge will be applicable to all stock being returned. (Should the client wish to take another product in place of original product then the surcharge can be waived.) The customer is responsible for all delivery charges and all stock being returned must be returned by the customer in the original sealed boxes. Part boxes or individual tapes will not be accepted for credit.

  • Protape will take back faulty stock within 6 months of ordering. A credit may not be raised until fault is confirmed, which may entail waiting for the manufacturer’s verdict. Should replacement stock be required within this time before fault is confirmed then a new order must be completed and charged.
